Week one

This first week has been such a whirlwind. I landed in Kona at around 12:30 on the 1st of October and hit the ground running. I got to spend the first few days getting to know my roommates, classmates, I got to explore the island, and spend time soaking in Hawaii. We got the amazing opportunity to partake in Hawaiian protocols and got to be formally welcomed onto the island, into their home. This week we started class, and it has been amazing so far. This week we have been learning about the history of YWAM ships, and the miracles God did to place ships here and the miracles he is still doing. I can’t wait to see how God keeps moving here. I am so excited for topic next week, because we will be learning how to hear Gods voice!
